By placing an order with Screening Eagles, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Screening Eagles regarding the sale of window screens and related services.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We will notify the customer if an order is not accepted. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due upon order placement for both standard and specialized screens. Custom orders are subject to acceptance in writing. Acceptable payments methods include cash, credit card, debit, or Square. Please note that a service fee may be included with credit card transactions. The customer shall be solely responsible for any sales tax. Any late payments are subject to a late fee.

Estimated lead times for screen production are provided but not guaranteed. Screening Eagles will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated lead times but are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Screen materials are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Custom screens are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any defects or issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase. Returns are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. Screening Eagles does not cover damage caused by weather, vandalism, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or acts of God. Defects will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

Orders for standard screens may be cancelled up to 24 hours after placement, subject to a cancellation fee. Orders for custom screens may not be cancelled after the manufacturing process has begun.

If the customer provides their own measurements, Screening Eagles is not liable for any incorrect information. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that screens are installed and used safely. Screening Eagles is not liable for any injuries or accidents resulting from improper use or installation.

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance by the state of Florida. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Screening Eagles and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements.
